风险防范式护理在产科护理管理中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Application Effect of Risk Prevention Nursing in Obstetric Nursing Management

目的评价风险防范式护理在产科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月—2018年5月该院收治的100例妇科产妇,随机分为对照组和试验组两组,各50例,试验组患者接受风险防范式护理,对照组患者接受常规护理,对比两组患者的护理满意度以及风险事件发生情况。结果试验组产妇的风险事件发生率8.0%低于对照组32.0%(P<0.05);试验组患者的的护理满意度92.0%比对照组患者66.0%高(P<0.05)。结论将风险规范式护理应用到产科护理管理中,可以显著提高患者的护理满意度,并且可以减少风险事件的发生,更加广泛地应用于临床实践中。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of risk prevention nursing in obstetric nursing management. Methods A total of 100 gynaecological women admitted to the hospital from April 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 50 patients in each group. Patients in the experimental group received risk-preventive nursing, and patients in the control group received routine treatment nursing, comparing the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with the occurrence of risk events. Results The incidence of risk events in the experimental group was8.0% lower than that in the control group(32.0%)(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was 92.0% higher than that in the control group of 66.0%(P<0.05). Conclusion Applying risk-standardized nursing to obstetric care management can significantly improve patient care satisfaction and reduce the occurrence of risk events, which are more widely used in clinical practice.
