Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of Insufficient Blood Collection in Blood Center

目的探讨血液中心采血量不足量原因及对策。方法选取2015年6月—2018年4月500名献血者,回顾性分析献血者的临床资料,评估采血量不足量发生率,并分析其危险因素。结果性别、文化程度、采血护士年资、采血环境、采血次数及职业均是形成血液中心采血量不足量的单独危险因素。结论采血量不足量原因在于献血环境、采血护士年资、献血者职业、性别、献血次数及文化程度等,通过改善献血服务设备及营造舒适氛围尤为重要,且通过适当的心理干预及献血相关知识宣传,可达到减少血液资源浪费的目的。

Objective To explore the causes and countermeasures of insufficient blood collection in blood center. Methods A total of 500 blood donors were selected from June 2015 to April 2018. The clinical data of blood donors were retrospectively analyzed to assess the incidence of insufficient blood collection and to analyze the risk factors. Results Gender, education level, age of blood collection nurses, blood collection environment, number of blood collections, and occupation were all separate risk factors for the formation of blood collection in the blood center. Conclusion The reason for insufficient blood collection is the blood donation environment, the blood collection nurse’s seniority, the blood donor’s occupation,gender, blood donation frequency and education level. It is especially important to improve the blood donation service equipment and create a comfortable atmosphere, and through appropriate psychological intervention and blood donation knowledge propaganda to achieve the purpose of reducing waste of blood resources.
