广西某三甲医院PDCA法构建质控指标数字化平台

PDCA Method in Constructing the Digitized Platform of Quality Control Index in a Hospital of Class A and Grade Three in Guangxi

目的逐步实践构建质控指标数字化平台,促进医院质控管理信息化发展。方法通过灵活、合理运用PDCA管理手段,分析医院质控管理现状、发展方向,医院质量办、纪委监察室针对质控信息化,相继出台各种标准、制度建设。继2012年电子病历全面上线,医院计算机管理中心联合相关部门着手构建质控指标数字化平台。结果质控指标数字化平台建设初具成效,促进医院质控信息化、精细化管理。结论持续采用PDCA法,螺旋式循环促进医院质控指标管理平台的优化,提高医院医疗服务质量,让患者满意。

Objective:To gradually build a digital platform for quality control indicators and promote the development of hospital quality control management informatization.Method:The current situation and development direction of hospital quality control management were analyzed by using PDCA management method flexibly and reasonably.Hospital quality office and discipline commission inspection office issued various standards and system construction for quality control informatization.Following the launch of electronic medical records in 2012,the hospital computer management center joined with the relevant departments to build a digital platform for quality control indicators.Result:The construction of the digital quality control index platform has achieved initial success,promoting the informatization and delicacy management of hospital quality control.Conclusion:Continuous PDCA method of spiral circulation is adopted to promote the optimization of hospital quality control index management platform,improve hospital medical service quality and make patients satisfied.
