鄂尔多斯杭锦旗区块低漏失压力井固井工艺技术 被引量:7

摘要 鄂尔多斯杭锦旗区块地层承压能力低,大斜度段或水平段封固段长,钻井液粘度与切力高,造成顶替效率低,导致该区块固井质量难以保证。根据低成本运作要求,兼顾固井防漏与提高顶替效率需要,针对井眼不同状况,制定了提高杭锦旗区块固井质量的整体技术方案。从固井前钻井液性能调整、水泥浆性能优化、注替浆排量控制和"正注反挤"固井技术完善等方面进行了研究,确定了一套适合杭锦旗区块的固井技术体系。经现场应用,取得良好的效果,固井质量有显著提高。 In Hangjinqi area of Ordos Basin,there are low leakage pressure of formation,long open well hole in highly-deviated or horizontal well,and low displacement efficiency caused by high viscosity and shearing force of drilling fluid.Thus,it is difficult to guarantee cementing quality.According to the low-cost operation requirement of cementing engineering,taking account of enhanced displacement efficiency and leakage prevention together,the overall technical scheme for improving cementing quality was established for different conditions of wellbore.A series of suitable cementing technology for Hangjinqi area were determined,including drilling mud performance adjustment,cementing slurry performance optimization,injection or displacement velocity control,and positive injection-reverse squeezing measures.After field application,cementing quality has been greatly improved.
