阐述了我国煤炭企业转型发展的现状,分析了"互联网+"思维推动煤炭产业转型跨越的道路,提出混合制改革、创新发展、吸引人才三个措施推动煤炭企业转型发展,希望对煤炭企业转型发展有一定研究价值。

This paper expounds the present situation of the transformation and development of coal enterprises in China, analyzes the way of "Internet +" thinking to promote the transformation of the coal industry, and puts forward three measures for promoting the transformation and development of coal enterprises, namely, mixed system reform,innovative development and attracting talents, which have certain research value for the transformation development of coal enterprises.
