摘要
变压器短路冲击累积效应是导致变压器绕组变形的重要原因。在分析变压器短路状态磁场分布和绕组受力情况的基础上,通过有限元法建立了变压器磁场和结构场,对短路冲击造成的绕组单次变形和累积变形进行了仿真计算,形成了基于耦合场理论的变压器绕组累积变形仿真方法,并通过此方法分析了绕组应力突变规律。
The cumulative effect of transformer short-circuit shock is an important cause of transformer winding deformation. Based on the analysis of the magnetic field distribution and the stress of the winding of the short-circuit state of the transformer, the magnetic field and structure field of the transformer are established by the finite element method. The single deformation and cumulative deformation of the winding caused by short-circuit impact are simulated. A simulation method of transformer winding cumulative deformation based on coupled field theory is developed, and the law of winding stress mutation is analyzed by this method.
