摘要
某SUV汽车在实际使用中,很多用户反馈该车的前悬架支座面板处发生开裂现象。针对该具体问题,通过试验测试和强度仿真分析验证的方法,找出了前悬架支座面板处发生开裂问题的根本原因,并采用形貌优化设计的方法对前悬架减震器支座面板进行了优化,提出了优化后的前悬架减震器支座面板的三维CAD模型的方案。
In the actual use of a SUV vehicle, many users feedback that the front suspension support panel is cracked.Aiming at this specific problem, the root cause of the cracking at the front suspension support panel was found out by means of test and strength simulation, and the method of topography optimization was adopted to solve the problem.The suspension shock absorber bearing panel is optimized, and a three-dimensional CAD model of the optimized front suspension shock absorber bearing panel is proposed.
