Research on Emergency Command System of Urban Rail Transit Based on Big Data

通过分析现有三级应急预案响应体系,结合线网中心的定位,研究应急指挥时应急指挥系统各版块的功能,根据国内外的应急指挥经验,建立大数据下的应急指挥体系,明确应急协调部(简称"ETC")在应急情况下"只监不控"的应急组织模式,提高了线网应急指挥处置的效率。

By analyzing the existing three-level emergency response system and combining the positioning of the network center, the functions of each section of the emergency command system are studied. According to the domestic and foreign emergency command experience, the emergency command system under big data is established to clarify the emergency organization mode of the Emergency Response Coordination Department(ETC) under the emergency situation, which is "only supervised but not controlled", and improve the efficiency of emergency command and disposal of the line network.
