活血化瘀法治疗脑梗塞的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Huoxue Huayu Method in Treatment of Cerebral Infraction

目的探讨活血化瘀法治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效与安全性。方法以2016年1月—2018年8月该院68例脑梗塞患者为研究对象,随机分实验组(中西医结合治疗,34例)和对照组(单纯西医治疗,34例),对比观察两组疗效与不良反应。结果实验组治疗后神经功能评分(10.5±2.9)分,生活自理能力评分(79.1±8.5)分,两项指标均优于对照组(t=4.193,P<0.05;t=5.730,P<0.05);实验组临床治疗有效率(94.12%)、生活自理能力优良率(79.41%)高于对照组(χ~2=4.611,P<0.05;χ~2=7.308,P<0.05)。实验组不良反应率(2.94%)与对照组(0.00%),差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.457,P<0.05)。结论采用活血化瘀法予以脑梗塞患者中西医结合治疗效果确切且不明显增加不良反应,可有效改善患者神经功能,促进生理自理能力恢复,应用安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect and safety of huoxue huayu method in treatment of cerebral infraction.Methods 68 cases of patients with cerebral infraction in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 34 cases in each,the experimental group used the traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine,while the control group used the simple western medicine,and the curative effect and adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the nerve function score and self-caring score in the experimental group were respectively(10.5±2.9)points and(79.1±8.5)points,which were better than those in the control group(t=4.193,P<0.05;t=5.730,P<0.05);the clinical treatment effective rate and excellent and good rate of self-caring in the experimental group were respectively 94.12%and 79.41%,which were higher than those in the control group(χ^2=4.611,P<0.05;χ^2=7.308,P<0.05),and the difference in the adverse reaction rate between the experimental group and the control group was not statistically significant(2.94%vs 0.00%,χ^2=1.457,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of huoxue huayu method in treatment of cerebral infraction is definite,without obviously increasing the adverse reactions,which can effectively improve the nerve function and promote the recovery of self-caring ability,and the application is safe and effective,and it is worth clinical promotion.
