拔牙后即刻行隐形义齿修复的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Invisible Denture Restoration Immediately after Removing Teeth

目的探讨患者拔牙后即刻行隐形义齿修复的临床效果。方法选取该院口腔科在2015年3月—2018年3月期间接收的164例拔牙的患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各为82例,对照组在拔牙后即刻给予患者塑胶义齿进行修复治疗,研究组在拔牙后即刻给予患者隐形义齿修复治疗,3个月后复诊,比较两组治疗效果、满意度及不良反应等情况。结果研究组复诊时,成功51例,基本成功29例,失败2例,其临床治疗总有效率97.56%显著高于对照组73.17%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.688,P<0.05);研究组患者满意度96.34%高于对照组75.61%,两组患者在满意度方面比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.772,P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率4.88%显著低于对照组31.71%,两组患者在不良反应方面比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.255,P<0.05)。结论患者拔牙后即刻行隐形义齿修复的临床效果良好,患者的满意度高,不良反应低,安全性好,值得临床大力进行推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Invisible denture restoration immediately after removing teeth.Methods 164 cases of patients removing teeth in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 82 cases in each,the control group used the rehabilitative treatment of plastic denture immediately after removing teeth,while the study group used the rehabilitative treatment of invisible denture immediately after removing teeth,and the patients were for revisit after three months,and the treatment effect,satisfactory degree and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In the research group,51 cases were successful,29 cases were basically successful,2 cases were failed,and the total clinical treatment effective rate was obviously higher than that in the control group(97.56%vs 73.17%),and the difference was obvious with statistical significance(χ^2=6.688,P<0.05),and the satisfactory degree in the study group was higher than that in the control group(96.34%vs 75.61%),and the difference in the satisfactory degree between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=5.772,P<0.05),with statistical significance,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was obviously lower than that in the control group(4.88%vs 31.71%),and the difference was statistical significance(χ^2=4.255,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of invisible denture rehabilitation of patients immediately after removing teeth is better with high satisfactory degree,low adverse reactions and good safety,and it is worth great promotion in clinic.
