腹股沟疝的手术治疗进展综述

Elaboration of Progress of Surgical Treatment of Inguinal Hernia

腹股沟疝在普外科疾病中较为多见,该病症指的是腹股沟缺损致腹腔脏器向体表外突形成的疝。按疝环、腹壁下动脉二者构造关系,可分为直疝、斜疝。外科手术是治疗腹股沟疝的唯一方法。随着外科技术的完善,越来越多不同的手术方法可用于治疗腹股沟疝。该研究现针对外科手术在腹股沟疝治疗的进展作一简要综述,为日后治疗提供指导依据。

Inguinal hernia,is common in the diseases in the department of general surgery,referring to hernia formed by inguen defect leading to the abdominal viscera to external surface.And it can be divided into direct hernia and indirect hernia according to the structural relationship of hernia ring and inferior epigastric artery.With the improvement of technology in the department of surgery,more and more different operative methods are used to treat the inguinal hernia,and the paper makes a brief elaboration of the treatment of inguinal hernia thus providing guidance reference for the future treatment.
