摘要
实践是高校创业教育的重要环节,提升大学生创业素养是高校创业教育的核心任务。基于基层工作角色实践对大学生创业素养的提升作用,文章借鉴基层工作角色实践过程的阶段划分理念对大学生创业实践过程进行阶段划分,对大学生创业者主体角色演变过程进行分析,同时提出匹配的三层次创业教育目标。在此基础上,文章对大学生创业教育模式优化路径进行探索,并厘清大学生创业者主体角色特点演变的内在逻辑,构建出基层工作角色实践视角下大学生创业教育模式优化概念模型,最终形成"3+3"教育思路,即基于"角色认知-角色实践-角色构建"三阶段的"引导式-计划式-主体式"三层次创业教育新思路。
Practice is an important part of university entrepreneurship education,and improving entrepreneurship quality of university students is the core task of university entrepreneurship education.Based on the function of the role practice of grass-roots work in promoting the entrepreneurial quality of college students and learning from the concept of stage division in the process of the role practice of grass-roots work,this paper divides the process of college students′entrepreneurship practice into stages,analyses the evolution process of roles of college student entrepreneurs,and puts forward the matching three-level entrepreneurship education goals.On the basis of this,this paper explores optimization paths of college students′entrepreneurship education models,clarifies the internal logic of the evolution of main role characteristics of college student entrepreneurs,and constructs a conceptual model of college students′entrepreneurship education model optimization from the perspective of the role practice of grass-roots work,and ultimately forms the "3+3" education idea.It′s a new idea of three levels:heuristic education,planned education,and elite student-centered education,based on three stages of "role cognition,role practice,role construction".
