摘要 高职教师到企业挂职锻炼的前提是维护区域协调的一致性,动力是实现教学改革,主线是改革课程结构,目的是提高教学质量。教师挂职锻炼的具体内容主要是参与行政管理和企业的技术工序设计。面对当前教师挂职锻炼运作机制不成熟,考核管理不健全,保障措施不力等问题,有必要采取措施,以提高教师挂职锻炼的积极性,提升教师挂职锻炼的实效性。 The premise for vocational teachers to take up temporary employment in enterprises is to maintain the consistency of regional coordination. To realize the teaching reform is the motive force; to reform the curriculum structure is the main line, and to improve the teaching quality is the purpose. The specific content of teacher’s temporary employment training is mainly to participate in administrative management and technical process design of enterprises. In the face of such problems as immature operating mechanism, imperfect assessment and management, and inadequate safeguard measures, it is necessary to take measures to improve the enthusiasm and effectiveness of teacher temporary employment training.
