摘要 为有效监测航天器携带的数字量变换器的运行状态,设计了基于FPGA的数字量变换器测试台,由上位机、背板和开关量板3大部分构成。背板以FPGA为控制单元,用W5300与上位机通信,背板预留有接口可为后续测试台衔接其他测试量板做准备;开关量板以FPGA控制各路光耦AQY210的开闭,模拟出航天变换器测试工作所需要的多种开关量,可实现单通道控制、多通道控制与循环延时控制功能,其中循环延时时间可变。测试表明,测试台各通道所输出的开关量信号准确平稳,系统响应迅速,可靠性强。 In order to fully monitor the operation status of the digital converter carried by spacecraft,the digital converter test bench based on FPGA was designed,which consisted of the upper computer,the back board and the switch board.The back board used FPGA as the control unit,and communicated with the upper computer with the W5300.The back board was reserved for interfaces to prepare for the subsequent test bench to interface with other test boards.The switch quantity board used FPGA to control the opening and closing of optocoupler AQY210,and simulated the various switching values needed by the spacecraft converter test,which can realize single channel control,multi-channel control and cycle delay control function,and the cycle time delay time was variable.The test results show that the switching signals output from each channel of the test bench are accurate and stable,the system response is rapid and the reliability is strong.
