摘要
文中根据低浊度水质环境中浊度在线监测的要求,设计了一种基于90°散射光测量原理的在线式浊度仪。介绍了仪器的测量探头和管路系统的设计,并参照相关标准对仪器进行了性能检验和应用。实验结果显示:浊度仪具有测量重复性好、漂移量小、测量精度高等特点。在管网末梢自来水浊度测量应用中,浊度仪可以较好地反映水流的浊度变化趋势并完成浊度的准确测量,表明浊度仪能够满足低量程段水质浊度的在线监测要求。
In this paper,a turbidity meter based on 90° scattering light measurement was designed according to the requirements of on-line monitoring for turbidity in low turbidity water environment.Meanwhile,the design of turbidity measuring probe and piping system of the instrument were introduced.The performance test and application of the instrument were carried out by referring to relative standards.The experimental results reveal that the turbidity meter has the advantages of good repeatability ,small drift and high measurement precision.When applied in the turbidity measurement of running water,the turbidity meter can reflect the variation tendency of turbidity and determine the turbidity accurately,indicating the instrument can meet the on-line monitoring requirements for turbidity in low range.
