摘要
滚动轴承是一种重要的机械部件,它也是最易被损坏的机械零件之一。为了提高滚动轴承检测系统的稳定性和降低检测的成本,设计了一种基于Cortex-M4微处理器的滚动轴承数据采集系统。通过振动分析法来对轴承进行有效监测,利用三轴加速传感器和数据采集器获取滚动轴承的工作参数,同样也对工作曲线的分析来达到对轴承诊断的目的。硬件部分设计了传感器数据采集电路、数据处理电路以及RS485数据通信电路。实验数据表明,该系统能有效地采集轴承的数据,为滚动轴承的检测和诊断提供坚实的基础。
Rolling bearings are an important mechanical part and it is one of the most easily damaged mechanical parts.In order to improve the stability of the rolling bearing inspection system and reduce the cost of testing,a rolling bearing data acquisition system based on Cortex-M4 microprocessor was designed.Through the vibration analysis method,the bearing was effectively monitored.Three-axis acceleration sensor and data acquisition device were used to obtain the vibration signal of rolling bearings.Through the analysis of vibration signals,the purpose of bearing diagnosis was achieved.The hardware part designed the sensor data acquisition circuit,the data processing circuit and the RS485 data communication circuit.Experimental data show that the system can effectively capture the bearing data for the rolling bearing detection and diagnosis to provide a solid foundation.
