联结层对沥青路面结构层力学特性的影响

摘要 基于道路面层沥青混合料的蠕变特性,探究联结层材料的类型以及弹性模量与厚度对路面结构层力学性能的影响.采用ABAQUS有限元软件中的时间硬化蠕变模型,对道路面层沥青混合料的蠕变特性进行模拟,将移动车轮荷载简化为标准荷载BZZ-100作用下的双轮矩形均布荷载,同时建立组合式基层路面结构模型,系统地分析了联结层厚度及模量对路面力学性能的影响.结果表明,联结层竖向压应力和基层剪应力对联结层的厚度变化最为敏感,最大主应力对联结层的模量变化更为敏感. Based on the creep characteristics of pavement asphalt mixture,the influence of material types,thickness and elastic modulus of coupling layer on the mechanical properties of the structure layer is explored.The creep behavior of asphalt mixture on road surface is simulated by time hardening creep model of ABAQUS finite element software.The load of moving wheels is simplified as the double wheel uniformly distributed load under the action of standard load BZZ-100.At the same time,the structure model of the combined base pavement is established,and the influence of the thickness and modulus of the binder course on the pavement mechanical properties is analyzed systematically.The results show that the vertical compressive stress and the shear stress of the binder course are most sensitive to the thickness change of the binder course,and the maximum principal stress is more sensitive to the modulus change of the binder course.
