摘要
提出一种同轴对转输出圆锥齿轮减速器。论述了该减速器的传动原理并推导其传动比公式,分析了该减速器的结构组成,通过建立虚拟样机模型并利用动力学仿真软件分析该减速器的运动特性,将仿真得到的传动比与理论值进行对比,验证了该减速器模型的正确性与合理性。该减速器在传动过程中可实现单轴输入同轴对转输出运动,特别适用于旋翼飞行器、潜水器等共桨传动技术中。
A coaxial counter-rotating output bevel gear reducer is proposed in this article. The transmission principle of the reducer is expounded and the transmission ratio formula is derived. The structural composition of the reducer is analyzed.Through establishing the virtual prototype model of the reducer,its dynamic characteristics is analyzed by using the dynamic simulation software. The transmission ratio obtained by the simulation is compared with the theoretical value to verify the correctness of the reducer model. The result shows that the reducer can realize single-input and coaxial double output,and it is especially suitable for the common propeller drive technology such as rotorcraft and submersible.
