摘要
通过自主研发的钣金机器人与数控折弯机进行系统集成,实现数控折弯机上下料与无人化操作。本文介绍了板料弯曲机理与板料折弯过程,数控伺服泵控折弯机组成,伺服泵控系统工作原理。在此基础上论述了基于钣金机器人操作的伺服泵控折弯单元系统集成,技术参数,使用范围与关键技术。为钣金加工行业实现数字化车间和智能制造提供基础技术保障。
Through the system integration of the self-developed sheet metal robot and the CNC press brake,the unmanned feeding and out-feeding of the CNC press brake can be realized. In this article,the sheet metal bending principle,the sheet metal bending process,the constitution of CNC servo pump control press brake and the working principle of servo pump control system are introduced. On this basis,the system integration,technical parameters,application range and the key techniques of servo pump control bending unit based on sheet metal robot operation are discussed. It provides basic technical support for realizing the digital workshop and intelligent manufacturing in sheet metal processing industry.
