摘要
径向锻造操作机,既是快锻液压机组中的重要辅助装备之一,也是一种极端载荷条件下特殊的工业载运设备。钳杆夹持机构是实现操作机夹持工件的重要装置,它将夹紧缸产生的作用力传递到钳口位置来夹持工件。作为锻造操作机夹持工件的执行元件,是决定操作机承载能力、工作稳定性及安全性的关键部件之一。重点研究钳杆制造的相关工艺,探索钳杆加工的最佳方法。通过课题研究,为钳杆的生产制造提供了一种有效的经验。
The radial forging manipulator is not only one of the important auxiliary equipment of the quick forging hydraulic press,but also a kind of special industrial carrying equipment under extreme load conditions. The clamp rod clamping mechanism is an important device for the manipulator to clamp the workpiece. It transfers the force produced by the clamping cylinder to the clamping position to clamp the workpiece. As the executive component of the forging manipulator to hold the workpiece,it is one of the key components to determine the bearing capacity,working stability and safety of the manipulator. This paper focuses on the manufacturing process of the clamp rod,and explores the best way to handle the clamp. Through the research,it provides an effective experience for manufacture of the clamp rods.
