尾闸门槽埋件焊接工艺优化

摘要 为了控制抽水蓄能电站尾水闸门门槽埋件的焊接变形,保证闸门门槽埋件的制造质量,通过理论计算门槽埋件各个构件焊接变形,根据计算变形情况,优化门槽埋件焊接工艺,能有效的控制门槽埋件焊接变形在一定的范围内,满足后续门槽埋件金加工和整体组装的要求。 In order to control the welding deformation of the tail gate slot embedded parts in the pumped storage power station,and to ensure the quality of the embedded parts,the welding deformation of each component of the tail gate slot embedded parts is calculated based on the theory,and the welding process of the embedded parts of tail gate slot is optimized according to the calculated deformation conditions. The results show that it can effectively control the welding deformation of buried parts of the tailrace gate within a certain range,and it would meet the requirements of the door slot embedded parts processing and overall assembly.
