摘要
分析了液压支架电液控制系统主要组成及原理,探讨了支架控制系统的特点,指出了目前液压支架实际应用中存在的问题,提出了液压支架控制系智能化改造方案,重点论述了支架控制器的选用以及传感器的选用。通过智能化控制系统的研究与应用,以期为精准的控制液压支架结构,促进煤矿开采少人化以及无人化目标得以实现。
In this paper,the main composition and the principle of electro-hydraulic control system of the hydraulic support are analyzed,the characteristics of the control system is discussed,and problems existing in the practical application of the current hydraulic support are pointed out. Finally,the intelligent retrofit scheme for the control system of hydraulic support is put forward; the selection of bracket controller and sensor are emphasized. Through research and application of the intelligent control system,we hope to ensure more precise control of the hydraulic support structure,and promote the goal of coal mining with less or no coalminers.
