摘要
结合实例阐述了煤矿通风系统主扇风机喘振失稳问题,设计了主扇通风设备喘振失稳控制方案以及主扇通风设备喘振失稳预警系统,通过实际应用得出其能够有效避免主扇风机发生喘振失稳问题,能有效的控制井下瓦斯气体浓度,为煤矿安全生产提供可靠保障。
Based on an example,problem of surge instability of the main fan in coal mine ventilation system is expounded in this paper,the control scheme of surge instability in the main fan ventilation equipment and the early warning system of surge instability in main fan ventilation equipment are designed. Through the practical application,it can effectively avoid the problem of surge instability of the main fan,and can effectively control the underground gas concentration,thus to provide reliable guarantee for safe production of coal mine.
