地方社会治理公众满意度影响因素研究——基于贵阳市网格化服务管理的实证调查 被引量:1

Research on Influencing Factors of Public Satisfaction in local Social Governance——An Empirical Investigation of Grid Service Management in Guiyang City

摘要 以贵阳市网格化管理公众满意度的实证调查为数据来源,运用SPSS18. 0统计分析工具,采用描述性统计分析、因子分析和回归分析等方法对社会管理公众满意度的影响因素进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:影响社会治理公众满意度的主要因素有组织管理因子、服务对象因子、服务工作因子和工作人员因子,而这些因子包含的测评指标中,组团服务能力、管理规则制度、政府部门目标、群众的实际需求程度、群众的正确认识、服务内容的丰富性、服务形式的灵活性、工作人员的应变能力和工作态度等对社会治理公众满意度的影响较为显著,并据此提出合理化建议。 Based on the empirical investigation of the grid management of public satisfaction in Guiyang,this paper uses the SPSS18.0 statistical analysis tools,using descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis and regression analysis to conduct an empirical study on the influencing factors of public satisfaction in social management.The results show that the main factors affecting the public satisfaction of social governance are organizational management factor,service object factor,service work factor and staff factor.Among these factors,the service ability of the group,the rules system of management,the goal of the government,the actual needs of the masses,the correct understanding of the masses,the richness of the content of service,the flexibility of the form of service,the ability of the staff and the attitude of work are the main factors that affect the public satisfaction of the social governance,and the rationalization proposals are put forward accordingly.
