丁醇燃料对柴油车污染物排放影响的试验研究

摘要 以江铃牌柴油皮卡车为测试对象,在底盘测功机上按新欧洲测试循环(new european driving cycle,NEDC)进行整车排放测试,研究丁醇体积分数分别为0、10%、20%、40%的丁醇-柴油混合燃料(燃料编号分别为B0、B10、B20、B40)对柴油车气态污染物排放特性的影响。试验结果表明:4种燃料市区的气态污染物排放量大于相同配比下的郊区排放;使用B10、B20、B40燃料NO_x的排放量比B0燃料有所增加,但整体波动不大,随着丁醇添加比例的增加,NO_x排放呈现先增大后减小的趋势;使用B10燃料时HC的排放量最少,相比纯柴油时排放量减少约20%;燃料中丁醇的体积分数对CO及CO_2的排放影响甚微。 Taking Jiangling diesel pickup as the test object,the vehicle emission test is carried out on the chassis dynamometer according to the New European Driving Cycle(NEDC)to study the effects of the butanol-diesel blended fuels(fuel numbers being B0,B10,B20,B40 respectively)with butanol volume fraction being 0,10%,20%and 40%on the emission characteristics of gaseous pollutants from diesel vehicle.The test results show that the emission of gaseous pollutants of 4 kinds of fuels in urban areas is larger than that of suburban emissions under the same ratio,NOx emissions from using B10,B20 and B40 fuels a little increase compared with the B0 fuel,but overall with little change,with the increase of butanol proportion,NOx emissions show a tendency to increase first and then decrease,for using B10 fuel,HC emissions are the least,reducing emissions by about 20%compared with using pure diesel,and the volume fraction of butanol in fuel has little effect on the emissions of CO and CO2.
