环氧树脂乳液改性水泥砂浆的力学强度与体积稳定性试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用外掺环氧树脂乳液的方法对水泥砂浆进行改性,分析不同环氧树脂乳液掺量的聚合物改性水泥砂浆的力学强度及收缩率。结果表明,随环氧树脂乳液掺量的增加,聚合物改性水泥砂浆的抗压强度与收缩率均下降,但抗折强度先增加后减小,说明在一定范围内环氧树脂乳液掺量对抗折强度和体积收缩率有利。对环氧树脂乳液改性水泥砂浆的改性机理进行分析。 The mechanical strength and shrinkage rate of polymer modified cement mortar with different epoxy resin emulsion dosage are analyzed by using the method of external epoxy resin emulsion to modify the cement mortar.The results show that the compressive strength and shrinkage rate of polymer modified cement mortar decrease with the increase of emulsion content of epoxy resin,but the flexural strength increases first and then decreases,which indicates that the content of epoxy resin emulsion is favorable to the flexural strength and volume shrinkage in a certain range.In addition,the modification mechanism of epoxy resin emulsion modified cement mortar is analyzed in this paper.
