冠心病接受冠脉CTA与冠脉造影进行诊断的价值比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Coronary Heart Disease Undergoing Coronary CTA and Coronary Angiography

目的分析将冠脉造影和冠脉CTA诊断方式应用在冠心病患者中的价值。方法该次所选80例冠心病患者入该院治疗的时间均是2017年6月—2018年6月份,全部患者都采取冠脉造影和冠脉CTA诊断,观察诊断的情况。结果采两种检查结果中显示36支都是病变(+)、70支没有病变(-)。两种检查方式的特异性是92.00%(69/75),检查敏感性时81.82%(36/44),两种检查方式的一致性为90.25%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.795 4,P=0.843 5>0.05)。结论将冠脉造影和冠脉CTA诊断方式应用在冠心病患者中,冠脉CTA可以充分显示患者病支情况,有着方便与无创的特点,可以提升患者生活的质量,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the value of coronary angiography and coronary CTA diagnosis in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The time of treatment of 80 patients with coronary heart disease in the hospital was from June 2016 to June 2018. All patients underwent coronary angiography and coronary CTA diagnosis to observe the diagnosis. Results Of the two examination results, 36 were lesions (+) and 70 were no lesions (-). The specificity of the two examination methods was 92.00%(69/75), and the sensitivity was 81.82%(36/44). The consistency of the two examination methods was 90.25%. The difference was not statistically significant((χ^2=0.795 4, P=0.843 5 >0.05). Conclusion Coronary angiography and coronary CTA diagnosis are applied in patients with coronary heart disease. Coronary CTA can fully display the patient's disease status. It has the characteristics of convenience and non-invasiveness, which can improve the quality of life of patients and is worthy of application.
