中医护理防治腰椎压缩性骨折腹胀的效果分析

Effect of TCM Nursing on Prevention and Treatment of Abdominal Bulging of Lumbar Compression Fracture

目的评估中医护理应用在腰椎压缩性骨折腹胀患者护理中的效果。方法以随机法将2017年4月—2018年4月期间该院接收的腰椎压缩性骨折腹胀患者60例分成2组:研究组30例予以中医护理,对照组30例予以常规优质护理,比对2组护理后腹胀缓解的效果及治疗前后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)改善情况、并发症情况等。结果护理后,研究组腹胀缓解有效率96.67%(29/30),较对照组的76.67%(23/30)更高,(χ~2=4.785,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的SDS及SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.471,0.183,P>0.05);治疗后,两组的SDS及SAS评分均得到降低,且研究组SAS (49.3±2.5)分、SDS (48.5±2.1)分显著优于对照组的(58.3±3.6)分,(57.3±2.4)分、比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.559、4.778、P<0.05)。两组均未出现下肢静脉血栓、肺部感染及压疮等并发症。结论对腰椎压缩性骨折腹胀病例展开护理工作时,选中医护理的疗效确切,可有效缓解患者腹胀的情况,改善患者焦虑、抑郁程度,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the nursing of patients with lumbosacral fractures. Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures and bloating received from the hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: 30 patients in the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, and 30 patients in the control group were given routine quality nursing. The effects of bloating relief after 2 groups of nursing and the improvement of self-rating depression scale(SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), complications before and after treatment were compared. Results After nursing, the effective rate of abdominal distension in the study group was 96.67%(29/30), which was higher than that of the control group 76.67%(23/30). The results showed a significant difference(χ~2=4.785, P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups(t=0.471, 0.183, P>0.05). After treatment,both SDS and SAS scores were reduced, and the study group SAS(49.3±2.5)points, the scores of SDS(48.5±2.1)points were significantly better than those of the control group(57.3±2.4)points and(58.3±3.6)points, and the difference was significant(t=4.559, 778, P<0.05). There were no complications such as lower extremity venous thrombosis, pulmonary infection and pressure sore in both groups. Conclusion When the nursing work of lumbar vertebral compression fractures is carried out, the curative effect of selected medical care can be effectively relieved, and the degree of anxiety and depression of patients can be improved. It is worth further clinical promotion.
