采取中药消痛散外敷治疗癌痛的疗效观察及护理体会

Observation on the Curative Effect and Nursing Experience of Taking Chinese Medicine Xiaotongsan External Application for Cancer Pain

目的探讨分析为癌症疼痛患者实施中药消癌止痛散外敷治疗的临床效果和护理心得。方法选取在2016年1月—2017年12月时间内来该院进行治疗的患有癌症疼痛的106例患者,随后采取随机等分的原则分为对照组(53例)与观察组(53例)。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组实施常规护理干预联合中药消癌止痛散治疗干预。结果观察组(90.56%)的疼痛治疗有效率指标高于对照组(69.81%)(χ~2=7.185,P<0.05)。观察组[(93.11±12.31)分、(82.20±21.31)分、(70.94±18.49)分、(72.55±15.35)分、(82.69±31.28)分、(62.30±21.38)分、(76.57±19.84)分]的各项生活质量均高于对照组[(85.31±12.35)分、(59.71±38.64)分、(59.29±14.52)分、(51.24±12.20)分、(52.63±25.31)分、(47.22±16.23)分、(63.20±12.35)分](t=3.257,3.710,3.608,7.912,5.439,4.090,4.165,P<0.05)。结论为癌症疼痛患者实施中药消癌止痛散外敷治疗联合常规护理干预,能够获取较好结果,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine Xiaoyan Zhitong powder external application for patients with cancer pain. Methods A total of 106 patients with cancer pain who were treated in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into control group (53 cases) and observation group (53 ase). The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group implemented routine nursing intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine Xiaoyan Zhitong powder. Results The effective rate of pain treatment in the observation group (90.56%) was higher than that in the control group (69.81%)(χ^2=7.185, P<0.05). Observation group [(93.11±12.31)points,(82.20±21.31)points,(70.94±18.49)points,(72.55±15.35)points,(82.69±31.28)points,(62.30±21.38)points,(76.57±19.84)points]. The quality of life of the sub-scores was higher than that of the control group [(85.31±12.35)points,(59.71±38.64)points,(59.29±14.52)points,(51.24±12.20)points,(52.63±25.31)points,(47.22±16.23)points,(63.20±12.35)points (t=3.257, 3.710,3.608,7.912,5.439,4.090,4.165,P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine Xiaoyan Zhitong powder external application combined with routine nursing intervention for patients with cancer pain can obtain better results and is worthy of clinical promotion.
