试论越南《金云翘传》赵玉兰译本的翻译成就

On Achievements of Zhao Yulan's Translation of Vietnam's Kim Van Kieu Truyen

越南《金云翘传》是越南文学史上影响力最大的古典文学作品,曾被译成多国文字,因此其在世界文坛上具有一定的影响和地位。在中国,也有多位中国学者对越南《金云翘传》进行了中文翻译,然而多数译本翻译效果并不理想,直至《金云翘传》赵玉兰译本的出现。该论文主要在对比越南传世诗作《金云翘传》四个中文译本的基础上,在尽量不直接贬低其他译本的前提下,论述《金云翘传》赵玉兰译本所取得的几个翻译成就,主要包括:"诗体选择,恰到好处"、"理解准确,忠实原文"、"语言凝练,用词高雅"、"引经据典,耐人寻味"、"对仗押韵,各得其所"。

Kim Van Kieu Truyen,which has been translated into many foreign languages,is one of the most influential classical literary works in the history of Vietnamese literature,and also has a certain influence and status in the world literary world.Many Chinese scholars have also translated the work into Chinese.However,the translation effects of most versions are not satisfactory until the emergence of the Zhao Yulan's one.Based on the comparison of four Chinese translating versions of the work,this article discusses achievements of Zhao Yulan's translation of Kim Van Kieu Truyen on the premise of not directly depreciating other translations.The achievements mainly include:"precise selection in poetic styles","accuracy in understanding and faithfulness to the original text","conciseness in language and elegance in diction","citing classic and interesting quotations",and"applying suitable antithesis and rhymes".
