等壁厚螺杆钻具高效加工工艺技术

High Efficiency Processing Technology of Equal Wall Thickness Screw Drill

摘要 针对目前国内等壁厚螺杆钻具加工存在的不足,对等壁厚螺杆钻具高效加工工艺技术进行研究。阐述等壁厚螺杆钻具加工的特点以及现状,从专用拉床、专用控制系统和工艺过程等3方面出发,进行加工等壁厚螺杆钻具的加工工艺技术研究,并通过实验验证。实验结果表明,该技术能实现等壁厚螺杆钻具的高效加工。 In view of the shortcomings in the processing of equal wall thickness screw drills in China, the efficient processing technology of equal wall thickness screw drills is studied. This paper expounds the characteristics and current situation of processing of the equal wall thickness screw drilling tools. Processing technology research of the equal wall thickness screw drilling tools is carried out based on special broaching machine, the special control system and the process.It is verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the technology can realize the efficient machining of equal wall thickness screw drill.
