试论军队高等教育院校的属性与定位——兼论我军院校体系类型结构

On the Attributes and Position of Military Higher Education Academies and the Type Structure of Chinese Military Academy System

"高等教育院校"是我军院校调整改革中的一种新的院校类型,是新时代我军院校体系重构重塑的重大创新发展。军队高等教育院校的属性与定位,由其人才培养所面向部队的"岗位域"所决定,必须置于我军转型建设与整体改革的全局下来理解把握。落实军队高等教育院校的新内涵、新定位,既要加强理论研究,又要加强实践探索。

“Higher Education Academy”is a new type of academy in the reform of Chinese military academies and a major innovative development in the reconstruction of the military academy system in the new era.The attributes and position of the military higher education academy are determined by the“post domain”of the troops talents are trained for,and must be placed in the overall situation of our army’s transformation and overall reform.To implement the new connotation and new orientation of military higher education academies,theoretical research and practical exploration should be enforced.
