摘要
本文主要研究了美国中佛罗里达大学光学与光子学学院的人才培养方案。通过对人才培养方案及课程体系等方面的调查研究,总结出其人才培养成效显著的原因在于以产业发展为导向的职业培养规划、以价值追求为驱动的人才培养目标和以工程实践为牵引的交叉课程体系的鲜明特点,可为国内高校工程创新型人才培养提供参考。
This paper mainly studies the talent training program of the College of Optics and Photonics at the University of Central Florida.Through reviewing its training plan and the curriculum system,the study summarizes the reasons for its outstanding achievements in cultivating talents:the occupation training plan aiming for industrial development,the quality promotion for talents cultivation goals,and engineering practice in the cross curricular system.This paper may shed light on the cultivation of innovative talents in domestic colleges and universities.
