摘要
为探究科研发展对于智慧城市发展水平的驱动效应,采用中国智慧城市发展水平最高的北京市、上海市、广州市三个一线城市的产业园区总产值、科研人员数量、政府科研投入和智慧城市发展相关指标,基于2000-2017年面板数据,应用VAR模型,通过广义脉冲响应函数和方差分解进行实证分析。结果显示:科研发展对智慧城市的发展具有明显驱动效应,其中产业园总产值起到的作用最大;智慧城市的发展对政府科研投入也具有较大的影响。方差分解分析进一步印证了科研发展对于智慧城市具有正向促进作用。
The purpose of this paper is to study the driving effect between research and development and smart city.The panel data of Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2000-2017 are collected and VAR model is formed with the analysis of generalized impulse response function and variance decomposition analysis for further research.The results of generalized impulse response function show that,on the one hand,research and development,especially total output value of industrial parks,is the driving force of smart city.On the other hand,in turn,the growth level of smart city effects research and development.The results of variance decomposition analysis also suggest that research and development has positive effect on the growth of smart city.The result of this study serves to enrich the strategies of Chinese policies of smart city and the nation as a whole.
