摘要
绿色建筑与住宅产业化是当前房地产发展的两大主流方向,结合两者的绿色建筑部品生产更是得到了大力发展。因此,在绿色装配式工程项目中如何选择可靠、适宜的绿色建筑部品供应商成为质量保证的关键。通过分析绿色建筑内在要求,结合住宅产业化特点,提出了绿色建筑部品供应商评价体系。为降低主观因素的影响,将改进肯特指数法引入绿色建筑部品供应商评价,建立选择评价模型,将评价体系与指标模型应用于实际案例,为绿色建筑部品供应商的选择提供理论依据。
Green building and residential industrialization,the two mainstream directions of real estate development,are integrated into green building component production which has been greatly developed,so how to choose reliable and suitable green building parts suppliers in green assembly engineering projects is the key to quality assurance.Combined with the characteristics of the housing industry,this paper analyzes the inherent requirements of the green building and puts forward product supplier evaluation index system of green building components.To reduce the influence of subjective factors,the improved Kent index method is applied to the selection and evaluation of the green building Components suppliers.The results show that the improved Kent index method provides the basis for the selection of green building components suppliers.
