消除贫困是人类面临的世界性难题,也是全球发展治理领域的重点。从整体上看,冷战结束以来全球贫困治理取得了较突出的成就,但也存在诸多亟须解决的问题。近年来,世界政治经济的不确定性日益凸显,给全球贫困治理带来新的挑战,促使国际社会为改善全球贫困治理提出新的要求。中国扶贫作为世界扶贫的一部分,在改革开放40年的进程中取得了令人瞩目的减贫成效。另一方面,中国经济社会进入新的发展阶段也使脱贫攻坚面临新的问题。立足国际国内新的形势,中国积极探索加快推进全球贫困治理发展的解决方案,具有重要的战略意义。

Poverty eradication is not just a worldwide problem for mankind,but also the key issue in the field of global development governance.Global poverty governance has experienced outstanding achievements since the end of the Cold War,although there are still many problems that need to be solved.In recent years,the increasing uncertainty of the world politics and economy brought new challenges to global poverty governance,and forced the international community to have new requirements for improving global poverty governance.As part of the world's poverty alleviation,China's poverty alleviation has experienced remarkable achievements in the past 40 years of reform and opening up.However,as Chinese economic and social development enters a new stage,China's poverty alleviation itself is also faced with new problems.So it is of strategic significance for China to actively explore the solutions to accelerate the development of global poverty governance in line with a new international and domestic situation.
