大力推进我国生态文明建设投融资措施探析

On the Countermeasures to Promote the Investment and Financing of Ecological Civilization Construction in China

绿色金融正在为未来的环境经济政策提供崭新的动力,建立健全市场化和多元化的投融资机制,已成为生态文明建设的关键。从我国生态文明建设投融资的实际情况来看,仍存在着资金总体规模小、地区发展不平衡等问题,政府、金融机构和社会公众应协同共建生态文明投融资机制,以期推动生态建设工程的系统全面发展。

Green finance is providing a new power for the future environmental economic policy,and establishing and perfecting the market-oriented diversified investment and financing mechanism has become the key to the construction of ecological civilization.Judging from the actual investment and financing for ecological civilization construction in China,we find that there are still some problems,such as small overall capital scale and unbalanced regional development.So the government,financial institutions and the public should jointly build the investment and financing mechanism for ecological civilization construction,so as to promote the comprehensive development of ecological construction projects.
