摘要
【目的】研究钾肥水平对辣椒生长、品质和产量的影响,以期为辣椒栽培中合理施肥、优质生产提供理论依据,实现化肥减施增效.【方法】以‘陇椒5号’为试材,采用盆栽方式,按钾肥不同利用率计算各处理中钾肥施用量,共设5个处理:CK为不施肥处理;T_1~T_4处理依次按30%、40%、50%、60%的钾利用率设置钾肥施用量.【结果】T_2处理施肥条件下较其他处理显著提高了辣椒株高、茎粗和根系活力.施钾处理显著提高了辣椒果实的可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白和维生素C含量.T_2处理果实VC含量较T_1、T_3、T_4分别高3.5%、4.2%、5.7%.T_2处理增产率最高,为112%.【结论】在该栽培条件下,综合辣椒生长、品质及产量,T_2处理施肥量适宜辣椒生长.
【Objective】In order to provide theoretical basis for the rational fertilization and efficient production in pepper cultivation,achieve fertilizer efficiency goals,the effects of potash fertilizer on growth,quality and yield of pepper were studied.【Method】Cultivar‘Longjiao No.5’was used as test material,using culture pot experiment,5treatments were established based on the different use efficiency of potash fertilizer,in which CK was no fertilizer treatment,the potash fertilizer quantities of T1,T2,T3,T4 treatment were set according to theoretical potash fertilizer use efficiency of 30%,40%,50% and 60%,respectively.【Result】The plant height,stem diameter and root activity of the plants treated with T2 were significantly higher than others,which indicated that the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and vitamin C in pepper fruit were increased significantly under potash condition,and the content of vitamin C of pepper fruit in T2 was 3.5%,4.2% and 5.7% higher than T1,T3 and T4respectively.Meanwhile,T2 treatment had the highest yield-increase rate of 112%.【Conclusion】Taking into consideration of growth,quality and yield,the fertilizer quantity of T2 treatment is optimum in pepper production under this cultivation condition.
