基于熵权可拓物元模型的会宁县水土资源承载力评价

Water and soil resources matching patterns and carrying capacity in Huining County

【目的】评价会宁县水土资源承载力水平并探究影响会宁县水土资源承载力的限制因子.【方法】在构建会宁县水土资源承载力评价指标体系的基础上,借助熵权理论和物元模型法对会宁县水土资源承载力进行定量分析.【结果】会宁县水土资源承载力超载区:也称向超载转化区,包括东北部土高山乡、刘家寨子乡、草滩乡、土门岘乡、新塬乡、四房吴乡、大沟乡及韩家集乡8个乡镇,占全县总乡镇个数的28.57%;预警区:也称向预警转化区,包括中南部会师镇、八里湾乡、平头川乡、老君坡乡、太平店镇、翟家所乡、杨崖集乡,新添堡乡、丁家沟乡、中川乡、侯家川乡及党家岘乡12个乡镇,占全县乡镇个数的42.86%;平衡区:也称向平衡转化区,包括西北部郭城驿镇、白草塬镇、河畔镇、新庄乡、头寨子镇、汉家岔镇、甘沟驿镇及柴家门镇8个乡镇,占全县乡镇个数的28.57%.会宁县水土资源承载力主要影响因素是人均水资源量、农业水资源可利用率等.【结论】会宁县绝大多数乡镇水土资源承载力处于预警或者向预警转化状态,如何实现水资源的高效利用是提高会宁县水土资源承载力的关键.

【Objective】To evaluate water-soil resources carrying capacity and explore the factors affecting water-soil resources carrying capacity in Huining county.【Method】The theory of entropy weight and matter-element model.The entropy weight extension decision model includes building system of assessing factors,setting up field of the factors for classifying soil-water resources carrying capacity,constructing entropy weight extension decision model,etc.【Result】Eight districts in the north east Huining were overloading or in a overloading trend,twelve districts in the south central were early-warning trend or in a early-warning trend,eight districts in the north west were balancing-load or in a balancing-load.The study results illustrated that the influencing factors of soil-water resources carrying capacity included the amountof water resource per capita,the rate of agricultural water resources etc.【Conclusion】Most districts in Huining were early-warning trend or in a early-warning trend,it is the key that how to realize effective utilization of water resource.
