乡村振兴要解决的是乡村衰落问题,始于近代的乡村衰落归根结底是乡村文化的衰落,内因在于中国传统的乡村文化重事业而非产业。因此乡村振兴根本上是乡村文化的振兴,乡村文化振兴的实现路径之一是乡村文化的产业化。用整体主义和文化自信的历史与文化观念看,乡村并非文化的空场而是富集区,乡村承载的中国优秀传统文化、革命文化和社会主义先进文化等,以物质和精神的形态凝固下来。通过发掘乡村文化的资源禀赋和独特优势,以集约型、内涵式、品牌化的发展战略推进乡村文化产业化,发展农业产业、生态产业、旅游产业、影视产业等,按照乡风文明的要求建设富裕乡村、美丽乡村、魅力乡村、创意乡村,可以促进乡村振兴战略的落实。

The key problem in the rural revitalization is the decline of rural culture which started from modern times owing to traditional Chinese rural culture's emphasis on career over industry.Therefore,rural revitalization is fundamentally the revitalization of rural culture,one of the ways to revitalize rural culture is the industrialization of rural culture.Seen from the historical and cultural concepts of holism and cultural confidence,villages are not empty but rich spaces of culture.The excellent traditional culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture carried by villages are solidified in the form of material and spirit.First of all,we should explore the rural cultural resources endowment and unique advantages and adopt the intensive,connotative,branding development strategy to promote the industrialization of rural culture.Meanwhile,we ought to promote the rural industrialization of culture by developing agricultural industry,ecological industry,tourist industry,film and television industry and so on.What's more,we are supposed to construct the rich country,beautiful villages,charming villages,creative country according to the requirements of local custom civilization to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
