The report of the 19th National People′s Congress point out that China's economy has entered a new era and put forward the strategy of rural revitalization.Rural revitalization strategy is a strategic response to the priority development of industrialization during the founding period of China.Rural revitalization is an important way to solve the problem of unbalanced and insufficient economic development and to achieve socialist core values in the countrysideat the present stage.It simplementation can better inherit rural culture and protect farming civilization,and create conditions for the realization of urban and rural cultural integration.It also promots the infrastructure connection and public service sharing between urban and rural areaas well as the construction of rural infras tructure to create conditions for the coordinated development of the farmers modernization and agricultural modernization,thus promoting the integration of urban and rural development,and realizingthe harmonious integration of human development and economic and social development.
