家庭禀赋、住房选择与农民工迁移意愿

Family endowment,housing option and migrant workers′ migration intentions

主要研究农民工的家庭禀赋和住房选择对其迁移意愿的影响。基于2016年全国流动人口动态监测调查数据的实证研究结果显示:第一,农民工家庭禀赋对其城市迁移意愿具有显著且重要影响。第二,家庭人力资本越丰富,经济水平越高,农民工城市迁移意愿越强;家庭社会资本考察中,依靠自身能力寻找工作机会、积极参与流入地各项健康教育活动的农民工群体迁移意愿更强,流动时间越长、流动距离越近的群体社会资本积累越多,更倾向于城市迁移;参与城市社会保障类型越丰富,农民工群体城市生活的风险应对能力越强,迁移意愿会更强。第三,住房选择层面,在流入地购房、通过市场租赁住房和居住政府保障住房的农民工群体居留意愿强于集中居住于单位宿舍的农民工群体,在流出地购房会抑制农民工群体迁移意愿,结合经济资本的考察,家庭住房支出在家庭支出结构中占比越大,农民工的城市迁移意愿会更强。

The paper studies the influence of migrant workers′family endowment and housing choice on their migration intention.Based on the empirical research results of the national floating population dynamic monitoring survey data in 2016,it shows that:firstly,migrant workers'family endowment has significant and important influence on their urban migration intention.Secondly,the richer household human capital,the higher economic level,the stronger unban migration intention.Thirdly,migrant workers who buy houses in the residential areas,rent house through the market and live in government-guaranteed houses are more willing to stay than those who live in the dormitories of their work units.While purchasing house in the outflow area will inhibit the migration intention.
