摘要
PET采血管的偏心会使采血管内的负压真空加速泄露,导致采血量不足,同时采血管的偏心还会影响血液的离心实验结果。文章通过对原材料、模具材料、冷却系统、模具装配四个方面分析,找出了影响偏心的原因及改进方法,从根本上解决采血管偏心的问题。
The eccentricity of PET blood collection tubes will accelerate the leakage of negative pressure vacuum in the blood collection tubes,which will lead to insufficient blood collection.At the same time,the eccentricity of the blood collection tubes will affect the results of blood centrifugation experiment.Through the analysis of raw materials,mold materials,cooling system and mold assembly,this paper finds out the reasons of affecting eccentricity and improvement methods,and fundamentally solves the problem of eccentricity of blood collection tubes.
