摘要
利用实验室小型纤维干燥机,以纤维投料量、入风温度、纤维初含水率和风门开度为主要影响因素进行正交试验,确定影响纤维干燥能耗的规律和最佳工艺参数,并与生产实际能耗对比,确定最佳工艺参数.结果表明:影响纤维干燥能耗的因素依次是纤维投料量、入风温度、纤维初含水率和风门开度;在确保干燥质量的前提下,本次试验中干燥的最佳工艺参数是投料量20 g/s,入风温度35℃,纤维初含水率20%,风门开度15%.
Aiming at the problem of energy saving and consumption reduction of medium density fiberboard(MDF)production line,the laboratory small fiber dryer is used to determine the fiber drying energy by using the fiber feeding amount,the inlet air temperature,the initial moisture content of the fiber and the damper opening as the main influencing factors.The law of the consumption(standard coal)and the optimum process parameters are compared with the actual production to determine the optimum process parameters that are consistent with the actual production.The results show that the factors affecting fiber drying energy consumption are fiber feeding amount,inlet air temperature,initial moisture content and damper opening degree.Under the premise of ensuring dry quality,the optimum process parameters for drying energy consumption in this test are as follows,the feeding amount is 20 g/s,the inlet air temperature is 35℃,the initial moisture content of the fiber is 20%,and the damper opening is 15%.
