NICU早产儿母亲参与以家庭为中心护理体验的质性研究

Qualitative research on experience of mothers of premature infants in NICU taking part in family centered nursing care

目的了解新生儿监护病房早产儿母亲参与以家庭为中心护理的真实体验,为制定有效的干预措施提供参考和依据。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究方法,对20例参加以家庭为中心护理的早产儿母亲进行半结构深度访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对原始资料进行整理分析,提炼主题。结果早产儿母亲参与以家庭为中心护理的体验,包括参与以家庭为中心护理前后微妙的心理变化、喂养的困难及思考、担忧早产儿预后及智力发育、以家庭为中心护理模式可促进母亲角色的成长、感恩所获得的帮助、希望提供时间和空间更个性化的以家庭为中心护理6大主题。结论新生儿监护病房早产儿母亲参与以家庭为中心护理可提高家长育儿能力和信心,促进早产儿的健康成长。

Objective To study the real experience of mothers of premature infants in NICU taking part in family centered nursing care to provide reference for effective intervention measures.Method 20 cases of mothers of premature infants taking part in family centered nursing care receive semi-structure in-depth interview by phenomenological research method.Arrange and analyze the original data by Colaizzi 7-step analysis and extract the themes.Result Experience of mothers of premature infants taking part in family centered nursing care including 6 themes of psychological change after nursing care,difficulty and thinking on feeding,consideration on prognosis and intelligence development of premature infants,development of mothers role through nursing care,thanks on help received and hoping the nursing care to be more individual on time and space.Conclusion Taking part in family centered nursing care of mothers of premature infants in NICU can improve their parenting ability and confidence and help healthy growth of premature infants.
