为了加强医疗质量管理,提高医疗水平,武警河南总队医院不断探索,把量化管理运用到医疗质量管理中,从建立组织结构、确定质量管理量化项目、量化指标,到检查考评,把实际工作质量量化到科、人,制定了计划和整改方案,使医疗质量管理整个过程程序化、规范化。

In order to strengthen medical quality control and improve medical level, the Henan Armed Police Corps Hospital has been exploring the application of quantitative management in medical quality control. It has established organizational structure, determined quantitative items of quality control, quantitative indicators, and measures for inspection and evaluation, quantified the actual quality of work of each department and member of staff, and formulated plans for implementation. The scheme makes the whole process of medical quality control more streamlined and standardized.
