摘要
目的分析3D打印技术在成人髋关节发育不良(DDH)人工全髋关节置换术中的应用效果。方法选择本院2015年6月至2016年6月收治的33例成人DDH患者为研究对象,患者均在行人工全髋关节置换术中应用3D打印技术,分析其治疗效果。结果 33例患者平均手术时间为(79.45±18.34)min,平均术后下床时间为(3.03±0.82)d,平均住院时间为(16.77±6.02)d。手术后,患者的HHS、NRS评分均显著改善(P<0.05);患者的曲髋、外展活动度均显著增大(P<0.05)。患者均未出现并发症。结论将3D打印技术应用于成人DDH人工髋关节置换术中,可缩短手术时间,改善患者患肢功能,减少并发症,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To analyze the application effect of 3D printing technology in artifitial total hip replacement for adult developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH).Methods Thirty-three adult DDH patients admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the study objects.All patients underwent artifitial total hip arthroplasty using 3D printing technology, and the therapeutic effects were analyzed.Results The average operation time of 33 patients was (79.45±18.34) min, average time of getting out of bed after operation was (3.03±0.82) d, average hospitalization time was (16.77±6.02) d.After operation, the scores of HHS and NRS of patients significantly improved (P<0.05).The hip flexion and abduction activity of the patients increased significantly (P<0.05).No complications occurred.Conclusion The application of 3D printing technology artifitial in total hip replacement for adult DDH can shorten the operation time, improve limb function, reduce the incidence of complications and promote early recovery of patients.
