2017年内科住院患者第二类精神药品使用情况分析

Analysis of the use of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs in internal medicine hospitalized patients in 2017

目的了解我院内科住院患者第二类精神药品的使用情况,并分析其合理性。方法收集我院内科药房HIS系统中2017年1月1日至2017年12月31日第二类精神药品的使用信息并进行统计分析。采用限定日剂量(DDD)与药物利用指数(DUI)为指标进行评价。结果我院应用的8种第二类精神药品中,苯二氮卓类所占约半数,DUI值均小于1。结论 2017年度内科住院部第二类精神药品应用基本合理,符合《麻醉药品和精神药品管理条例》的要求。

Objective To understand the use of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs in internal medicine hospitalized patients in our hospital, and to analyze its rationality.Methods The drug use information of type Ⅱ psychotropic from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 in the HIS system of the medical pharmacy in our hospital was collected and statistically analyzed.The defined daily dose (DDD) and drug utilization index (DUI) were used as indicators.Results Among the eight kinds of type Ⅱpsychotropic drugs used in our hospital, benzodiazepines accounted for about half, and the DUI values were less than 1.Conclusion In 2017, the application of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs in the department of internal medicine was basically reasonable, in line with the requirements of the Regulations on the Administration of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances.
