中药熏洗联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析中药熏洗联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的效果。方法将112例DPN患者随机分为对照组(n=56,依帕司他)和观察组(n=56,中药熏洗联合依帕司他)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组踝反射评分、FBG水平、NCV均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组多伦多评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对DPN患者实施中药熏洗联合依帕司他治疗,能改善患者的临床症状,安全性较好,值得在临床中推广应用。 Objective To analyze the effect of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with epalrestat on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods A total of 112 patients with DPN were randomly divided into control group (n=56, epalrestat) and observation group (n=56, Chinese medicine fumigation combined with epalrestat).The treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, ankle reflex scores, level of FBG and NCV in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the Toronto scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment, and that of the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of DPN patients with Chinese medicine fumigation combined with epalrestat can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with better safety, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
