MRI诊断女性盆腔囊性病变的准确性

Accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of female pelvic cystic lesions

目的分析磁共振成像(MRI)在女性盆腔囊性病变诊断中的准确性。方法回顾性分析2017年2月至2018年2月在医院经病理证实的74例女性盆腔囊性病变患者的病例资料,所有患者术前给予MRI检查,分析其MRI表现以及诊断女性盆腔囊性病变的定位和定性准确性。结果 MRI结果显示,良性69例,恶性5例;盆腔非赘生性囊肿53例,分别是卵巢囊肿25例,卵巢内膜异位囊肿12例,盆腔囊性感染性肿块10例,其他囊性病变6例;囊性肿瘤21例,分别是卵巢囊腺瘤9例,卵巢囊腺癌5例,卵巢囊性畸胎瘤7例。MRI对盆腔囊性病变的定位准确性达100.0%,灵敏度为90.6%,特异度为85.7%,阳性预测值为94.1%,阴性预测值为78.3%。结论 MRI在诊断女性盆腔囊性病变的准确性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in the diagnosis of female pelvic cystic lesions.Methods The data of 74 cases of female pelvic cystic lesions confirmed by pathology in the hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were given MRI examination before surgery.The MRI findings and the accuracy of localization and characterization in the diagnosis of female pelvic cystic lesions were analyzed.Results The results of MRI showed that 69 cases were benign and 5 cases were malignant.There were 53 cases of pelvic non-neoplastic cysts, included 25 cases of ovarian cysts, 12 cases of ovarian endometriosis cysts, 10 cases of pelvic cystic infectious mass and 6 cases of other cystic lesions.There were 21 cases of pelvic cystic tumors, included 9 cases of ovarian cystadenoma, 5 cases of ovarian cystadenocarcinoma and 7 cases of ovarian cystic teratoma.The accuracy of MRI in the localization of pelvic cystic lesions was 100.0%, the sensitivity was 90.6%, the specificity was 85.7%, the positive predictive value was 94.1%, and the negative predictive value was 78.3%.Conclusion MRI has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of female pelvic cystic lesions and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
